Online Classifieds AG, having its registered office at Baarerstrasse 8, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, registered under number CHE-274.401.166 (hereinafter the "Organising Company") organise a Valentine's day promotion starting on February 7, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), in accordance with the terms and conditions described herein.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
The Promotion is open to all existing PURE male Users as well as new PURE male and female Users. In order to participate, you must be at least 18 years old or older if explicitly required by applicable state laws. To be eligible, you must also meet the usage requirements of the PURE app. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions (here). Residents of listed countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Italy, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Poland, Russia) excluded from this Promotion are not eligible to participate.
This Promotion is not available to anyone directly or indirectly involved in organizing or preparing the giveaway, nor to their family members, employees of the business or sponsor, or any of their immediate family members or affiliates.

By participating in the giveaway, you fully and unconditionally accept these rules, including all their provisions, the ethical guidelines governing the internet, and the applicable laws and regulations for promotions in Switzerland. Any disputes regarding the interpretation of these rules will be resolved solely by the Organising Company, and their decision will be final and not subject to appeal.
It will be possible to participate in the giveaway starting from February 7, 2025, when the Promotion is announced on our official Instagram account, until February 16, 2025, at 23:59 Central European Time (CET) (hereinafter the "Promotion Period").

If you already have an active subscription as a male User, all you have to do is to wait to be notified of the start of Promotion by the PURE team via the PURE Team Chat and engage with other Users by sending “gifts” in the PURE app.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
To determine the winner of the giveaway, male Users must engage in PURE by sending in-app purchasable items named “gifts” to other PURE Users. The User who sends the highest number of “gifts” during the Promotion Period will be declared the winner. Additionally, one female User who has fulfilled the requirements listed above will be randomly selected to receive the prize. One winner from each category will be selected and contacted via the PURE Team Chat. For terms that apply to “gifts” and other Virtual Goods in the PURE app, please refer to Article 10 in our Terms and Conditions (here).
The personal data collected during the Promotion is intended for use by the Organising Company in accordance with Article 8 of these Rules.
Our team will contact the winner on February 17, 2025, based on the collected data, declaring the male User who sent the highest number of “gifts” during the Promotion Period as the winner through an individual message via the System Chat. Additionally, we will randomly select one female User who has fulfilled the requirements listed above and notify her in the same manner.
In the event that the winner of the Promotion does not respond within 48 hours after receiving notification, they will forfeit the prize, and it will not be reallocated to another participant. Under no circumstances will they be entitled to claim any compensation. Failure to respond within the time limit or provide the requested information to the Organising Company will be deemed as forfeiture of the prize.
The below mentioned prize package will be awarded to the valid male participant who is declared the winner. The prize package, which takes place in Paris (France), is for two people and includes the following:

All other expenses, including travel, transportation, and any additional costs not explicitly listed above, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Organising Company will not bear or reimburse any such expenses.
The winner of the Promotion must be one of the two individuals redeeming the prize package. The prize package is non-transferable and the winner may not sell, exchange, or assign the prize. The winner has the right to select one companion to join them, but the prize is non-transferable to any other individual beyond the selected companion.

You agree to be contacted by the PURE team via in-app PURE Team Chat in order to confirm the email that was provided during the registration process on PURE. Reservations will be made in the name of the Organising Company and the winner will receive confirmation via email, which is provided to PURE during the registration process. In case the User did not provide his email address during registration, he will provide it after being contacted by the PURE team. All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and PURE’s Privacy Policy (see here).
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any fraud or attempted cheating of any kind, will result in the immediate disqualification of the user from participating in this Promotion. Additionally, if a User violates our Terms and Conditions (here), Guidelines (here), or any other applicable rules, leading to the termination of their account, they will no longer be eligible to participate in the promotion. In such cases, any “gifts” sent by the User during the Promotion Period will not be considered in determining the prize. This applies to all participants in the Promotion.
The Organising Company shall not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control if it is forced to cancel this Promotion. The Organising Company also reserves the right to extend or limit the Promotion Period, to postpone it or to modify the conditions, and may not be held liable in this regard.
By participating in this promotion, Users agree that the personal data they have provided during their PURE app registration, as well as any additional data voluntarily submitted for the purpose of Promotion and distributing prizes from Article 5, will be processed by the Online Classifieds AG, Baarerstrasse 8, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, reg. number CHE-274.401.166, acting as recipient and data controller, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of managing and administering the promotion, including distribution of the prizes. This data will not be used for any other purpose without the explicit consent of the participants. All personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the promotion, after which it will be securely deleted. This applies solely to the additional personal data provided by the winners for the purpose of Promotion and distribution of the prizes. Data collected during the User's registration and usage of the PURE app is governed by our respective Privacy Policy (see here). At any moment, the participant will be able to withdraw their consent the same as they have given it for the treatment of their data. In no case does the retirement of this consent affect the general relationship outlined earlier.

Except in the case of clear errors, the information provided by the Organising Company regarding the Promotion will be considered final and binding in any disputes. Before pursuing any legal action related to these terms (including their application or interpretation), participants are required to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably and at no cost by contacting the Organising Company for a resolution.
These conditions will be governed by Swiss law. Participation in this Promotion implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions of these Rules, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
Participants should consider the cost of “'gifts” in relation to the prize value and act responsibly. While spending more increases their chances, the cost of participation should remain reasonable, transparent, and proportional to the prize. While the promotion requires the purchase and sending the “gifts” to participate, no additional purchases will be necessary to increase the chances of winning. The minimum purchase required to enter the promotion is clearly disclosed before “gift” is purchased.
The prizes of the present Competition are subject to the applicable tax body according to current legislation. The prize winner will be responsible for any taxes related to obtaining the prize.
