I hereby confirm my consent to the transfer by the Operator of the above-mentioned personal data for the purposes specified above to the third parties, and I also give my consent to the processing of personal data by such third parties to the extent and for the period specified in this consent, but no more than is necessary to ensure the fulfilment of the purposes of personal data processing.

The term of this consent to the processing of personal data shall commence upon its submission to the Operator and shall terminate upon the achievement of the purposes of personal data processing, upon receipt of a withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, or upon the Operator's removal from the respective state Registers according to the laws of Russian Federation.
