How to delete your PURE app account and associated data

You can delete your account and associated data directly in the PURE app or initiate the process of your account deletion and the removal of associated data following these steps:
- Contact us via email at [email protected]. Please use the same email address that was used during the registration of your PURE account.
- Alternatively, you can send us a written request by mail. Please use the postal address provided below and clearly state “Account and Associated Data Deletion Request” on the envelope:

If you have an active subscription do not forget to cancel it, as deleting the PURE app or your PURE account is not enough to cancel the subscription. Please follow instructions below for canceling your subscription:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap on the profile on the top right corner to check that you are signed in to the correct Google account.
- Tap on your Account and then tap on the “Payments & Subscriptions” button.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel and tap “Cancel Subscription”.
- In the final step confirm the cancellation.

Below, we list which data we delete and which we retain:
- After receiving a request for account and associated data deletion we will immediately and permanently delete:
- all photos and video you have uploaded to PURE,
- provided information on your height, spoken languages, turn-ons, and your ad.
- Information about your age, gender, sexual orientation, account identifier (email address or other), and your private chat conversations (text messages only) will be retained for 180 days after you initiate its deletion.
- We will retain completely anonymized device information and purchase transaction details for an extended period, in compliance with legal mandates that permit such retention.This highlights our commitment to placing your privacy and safety as our top priorities.
