Who are we looking for?
  • You are a driven, highly adaptable, and (ahem) fun person, with outstanding communication and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to perform under pressure and provide exemplary leadership to the team.
  • A high degree of executive credibility, with a strong and established network within the technology, e-commerce, entertainment, and media industries.
  • Live and breathe in a sex-positive culture – we are looking for a subject-matter expert on all things Gen Z and thought leadership around what will cut through.
  • Experience in working with international teams. You must have strong managerial skills, and experience managing a team of up to 5 people remotely.
  • Be a strategic liaison between Pure and external PR and media agencies.
  • A clear understanding of the balance between brand awareness and the commercial side of our business. All of our efforts to create and distribute branded content should lead to new users and revenue growth while maintaining a positive ROI.
  • An ability to gather consumer insights and suggest content improvements.
  • As a serious budget holder, you should have an analytical mindset and be able to forecast the results of marketing campaigns aimed at meeting the key KPIs of our business.
What will you do?
  • Our top-priority is improving the footprint of Pure app in the UK, French and German markets. 
  • Conduct market analysis.
  • Developing brand strategy & go-to market campaigns, and working with external partners to create and implement 360 marketing campaigns in major cities like London, Paris & Berlin.
  • Building up relationships with opinion leaders and PR.
  • SMM and content distribution on the key social platforms.
  • Outdoor and guerilla campaigns with live events.
  • Special media projects or collaborations with other brands.
  • Helping Pure to reduce taboos and lead progressive communication on the subject of sensual exploration, inclusivity, feminism, relationships, dating, and sex.
