What are we looking for?
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Experience with text-based content moderation & UGC content.
  • Sound understanding of moderation systems and their impact on the user experience.
  • Analytical mindset with solid understanding of using a data-informed approach to problem solving.
  • Strong knowledge of key validation methods.
  • Technical background is a plus.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
What will you be doing?
  • Defining and executing product vision and strategy for the moderation experience.
  • Identifying key product needs and solutions related to content quality and scaling of our moderation system.
  • Working closely with the development team: discussing requirements, preparing solutions together, setting and monitoring tasks, participating in testing.
  • Validating concepts and features following an iterative process through product discovery and experimentation.
  • Defining success metrics and measuring the impact of your initiatives to ensure that you provide both customer value and business value, including ROI.
  • Using machine learning algorithms to build long text classifiers, short text classifiers & user profiles.
  • Proactively identifying pain points in the content moderation system.
  • Fighting against scammers and spammers, the main focus is fighting against sex workers and initiating projects (IT and operational) to eliminate them.
