What are we looking for?
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative producer role.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing a team of artists.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing specific metrics and performance results interpretations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to enable collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with image/video editing tools is a plus.
  • Appreciation for online dating, definitely a plus!
What will you be doing?
  • Managing the end-to-end production of marketing assets with agencies, ensuring creatives are delivered on time and meet Pure’s quality bar.
  • Managing the production of marketing creatives – effort estimation – planning, prioritization, and road mapping.
  • Owning the creative strategy based on performance goals.
  • Owning the creative direction for the team & building clear briefs on a creative level.
  • Knowledgeable about the overall UA performance, being always aware of the latest creative testing results and of creative level performance information
  • Responsible for turning performance results into actionable next steps for the creative team.
  • Documenting learnings and insights based on performance results.
  • Developing creative ideas and formats, strengthening creative inventory to drive higher performance in campaigns.
  • Overseeing feedback collection from internal stakeholders and communicating with agencies, creating buy-in among all parties.
